Paradise on Earth,
This trip was one of the most memorable in my life and thanks to you and Anil (who drove us around) for making it memorable.
The experience was just exotic.In fact I and Pam regretted for not spending more time in Kerala , of course we would have if we had enough time in our hands.
What i liked about Munnar was the cold weather and the beautiful sceneries . It was paradise on earth. We couldn't capture enough with our camera. But whatever i could capture , i have converted into pictures and they have taken a permanent place in the album and also in my heart.We liked the resort at Munnar in which we stayed.
We could click some Out-of-the-ordinary pictures at Top Station and also got to savor unheard fruits like tea tomato and Passion Fruit.
The tree house was scary, in the middle of cardamom plantation but staying there gave us a different kind of thrill.
The best i liked was the boat house. This experience has just cherished in my mind. The boat was more than what we had expected.
It was like a luxurious house floating on water with the best of amenities . The chef was a master in his trade and captain who drove was very enthusiastic to tell us everything we wanted to know about the boat and water in which it waded through and i will not forget to mention their hospitality, which was exceptional.
All in all i and Pam thank you for making our honeymoon one of its kind, memorable and beautiful.
I also thank Anil for driving safely , for being very resourceful and also for portraying qualities of a good human being.

Munnar Dream Destination,
As Anton Ego rightly said: " In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and theirselves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so."
Skeptically I took up the trip to Kerala thinking that it was a dream land for a person who knew tamil/Malyalam which of course I was novice to. I took the Munnar-Allepey-Cochin trip from Musafir tours on a standard package limit as I had a lot of shopping on mind and I was accompanied by my wife, 2 year old daughter and my Brother In Law. From the day I started my conversation with Mr. Benny I had nothing but constant updates/conversations with him regarding the trip. Mr.benny had a unfortunate incident in his family but he got right back to me after a week to continue the transactions. Normally people stop recognizing you as customers once they know you are in standard packages but not here. We were treated with the utmost affection and care as to what a family person would have acheived. I have never been satisfied with arrangements made by anyone on my behalf and I give importance to the minutest details but hat's off to Benny and everyone associated I was left with no words.
Munnar was a dream destination for us and we were looking forward to it. We were picked up on time from the railway station and drove to the dreamland in time. I have to make a special note here about our Fine Guide/Driver Ranjith. He is one of a Guy very cool, Funny and always full of energy. He was very well versed in Hindi and even with Kannada language which helped us a lot to connect. At Munnar we stayed at Aranyaka Home Stay and beleive me it was a true Home Feeling staying there. You will never feel that you are in a hotel. The chef/helpinghand person Suresh is an AWESOME cook. I thought I was a Excellent cook next to my Wife, but he is one step ahead of me. He also very kindly always with a smiling face helped us and served us. No time was a incorrect time here, they are always available to help you here. 3 cheers to Aranyaka. Everyone know what you get to see in Munnar but my advice to newbies is "go there and then see it, its a valley of pure nature".
The owners of the place also communicate well with you and advise of the places to see. Benny and Ranjith were also in constant converstations always on know how basis and Ranjith made sure he adjusted the travel in such a way that we always got to see everything.( by the way he loves Himesh's Songs... which always removed our morning blues) He knew where a family can eat and where not and what to see and what not. Elephant training camp and the Ride was a life time experience. After two days and two nights I felt like never leaving Munnar but yet we proceeded to Allepey.. long sunny ride and of course looking at our faces Ranjith knew we needed that AC and he did help us out there. Allepey--place where we were put up was "SALEM HOME" wonderful place just nearby to backwaters and the owner arranged for a backwater ride in his boat for only my family... we loved the backwaters. Due to non availiblty of time I could not get a taste of home cooked food here as we left the next day morning to Cochin. Allepey beach was wonderful and for my folks it was the first time seeing a beach. Cochin, shopped to the core, took the jetty from marine drive to see the ship yard and enjoyed the sunset.
All in all I can say that choosing Musaffir tours was the best thing for me.. My request to Mr. Benny is to start doing this service across India and Mainly across Darjeeling/Shimla/Nepal and J&K. Mr. Benny I have not met all your cabbies but please ensure to hire some more people who match up to Ranjith as we really need such help always available when travelling. Musafir Tours may start with the Alphabet M as the word Money but it does not stand for it.

It was an exhilarating experience ...,
We must say that it was an exhilarating and very soothing experience that we had in God's own country. Mr. Benny George saw to the minutest detail while providing us the package for Munnar-Thekkady-Alleppey. It was a visual treat as well as a very good experience which we would surely like to repeat once again.

We luckily got contact with Mr. Benny ...,
We, a total of 9 family members, first time ever with grand parents planning for a nice relaxation trip to kerala, we luckily got contact with Mr. Benny. He is such a wonderful guy whom i ever seen. He organised such a great trip, which i can remember my whole life. I have planned this trip truly because of my grand parents, who can't even walk more than 100 meters. It is Mr.Benny to whom the credit goes to, during our 4 days of stay in Munnar and Allepy i can hardly count my grand parents walking more than 50 metres. Our trip includes a for wheel drive for 4 days,1 day&night stay in house boat,3 days of stay at a beautifull resort with amazing mountain views and a glass house restaurant. In this resort my grand parents can step down at the door of the alloted bedroom.
Trust me guys, in the future if i ever plan a trip, for sure i will go with Mr. Benny.

I felt i got my moneys worth ...,
Hi, we took the honey moon package offered by Musafir Tours. It was fantastic. The staff are very helpful. The trip was hassle free as the transport from cochin , sight seeing at munnar was part of the package. The day on the house boat at Aellepy ( part of the package) was a fantastic experience. I felt i got my moneys worth. Would recommend them if you are planning to honey moon in Kerala.

My wife and kids all had a great time ...,
We had a wonderful trip to Kerala. Me, my wife and kids all had a great time. Our special thanks to Mr. Benny George for the excellent hospitality. This was the best holiday trip I ever had ...,
Musafir tours has arranged a smooth and comfortable vacation at Alleppey and Cochin. We requested a package tour with lots of relaxation time. Benny did a great job in arranging a house boat and then very nice accommodation in Cochin. The transportation right from pickup and drop off to railway station were taken care of. The hotels/resorts were very good and the staff there were courteous. In Summary "This was the best holiday trip I ever had - very relaxing and a real holiday stay". Initially there were some communication problems because of Benny's travel. However, once he was back in town, Benny was very prompt in giving help at every step in the tour.

Cab service was best of the best...,
While flying to Kerala I was restless and was thinking of rooms and cab services, expecting it to be same as that any other organised tour.
But to my utter surprise, everything was so well arranged that for the entire 7 days i din't had to think about a single thing. Cab service was best of the best, which even i can't arrange for myself. Rooms were tooooo good, Benny was in contact for almost all the seven days, checking and rechecking if i need any kind of assistance. We can just say one thing "if you want to come to Kerela, it should be only through Benny - Musafir Tours, else you will definately miss the charm of holidays"

House Boat was a fantastic experience ...,
Package tour arranged by Benny George of Musafir Tours for our 4 nights stay was good. He was very prompt in replying to all our queries.Room in Munnar was decent & we visited a few places and explored the beauty of Munnar.The day on the house boat at Kumarakom ( part of the package) was a fantastic experience.
Our Cab driver Saji, was always there on time and helpful.
The trip was hassle free as the transport from cochin , sight seeing at munnar & kumarakom was part of the package.
We recommend Musafir Tours, if you are planning a honeymoon in Kerala.

The hospitality was great through out. We visited Alapuzha (stayed in a boat house) and stayed at Munnar Inn in Munnar. We enjoyed our stay at both these places.

Our tour perfectly planned and ...,
We got in touch with Mr.Benny of musafir tours after a series of internet searches. He planned our tour perfectly for a duration of 5 days and 4 nights. Our package included Thekkady Munnar , Alleppey house boat and ended with dropping us at Ernakulam raliway station.
From the point where we got down at Thekkady the hospitality of Musafir tours was really wonderful. The room that was booked for us was also very comfortable. Ofcourse there was not much to see in Thekkady except the boating at Periyar lake as our stay there was only one day. The next day we went to see Munnar which is a real beautiful place. The greenery is fascinating. We really enjoyed ourselves all the sightseeing places that were arranged by Mr.Benny. The room at Munnar inn was good. For our pleasant surprise by the time we stepped into the room it was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers.
And the most important place to watch is the Alleepey Houseboat. The day that we spent in the Houseboat was the most memorable one for both of us. It is the one that should be experienced but not to tell in words. Even the persons in the boat were really good. They cooked deliciious food for us.
Totally our tour remailns for both of us as the most memorable and for which we both thank Mr.Benny. Also we need to mention about the driver of our car who has so much of patience and expertise. Thanks. We recommend Musafir tours for visiting Kerala also for a memorable experience.

You can enjoy the trip to the core...,
We were a group of 10, and had a wonderful time in Kerala. I got in touch with Mr. Benny from Musafir Tours after a series of internet searches, and from the word go Benny was very proactive and co-operative. We had listed a lot of places which we were interested to visit and sent it Benny with our trip plan. Based on the duration of stay and the chances of visit, Benny sent us the final list of places. He had clearly mentioned reasons for dropping few places from the list sent by us, which I felt was reasonable.
He had arranged for a pick-up for our team from Cochin , and drop back at Cochin . A wonderful person who controlled the steering, Mr. Rajesh. He was very co-operative as well, and helped us out with his suggestions and comments throughout the trip. We had a very picturesque setting at our cottage, and a lovely camp fire organized to give us very fond memories of the trip. Benny went out of the way to help is in a numerous small but very important issues. Thanks a million to him and to Rajesh for all their support to help enjoy the trip whole heartedly. I would definitely recommend Benny and his team to all my friends and family members who would want to visit Kerala.
Benny is very helpful, and you can enjoy the trip to the core, if you are well planned and get this clearly sorted out before you start your vacation.

Very prompt in replying to all our queries ...,
Package tour arranged by Benny George of Musafir Tours, very prompt in replying to all our queries and courteous. We visited Kumarakom, did sight seeing in a boat house and later stayed at Lakshmi Resorts. Next visit was to Thekkady and finally stayed at Munnar Inn in Munnar. We enjoyed our stay at these places. The food at the boat house was very good and the cook, boatman were very courteous. Nothing much to see in Thekkady, excepting the boat ride since our stay was just for a day. Room in Munnar was decent ,suited our budget . We visited a few places and explored the beauty of Munnar. Need to make special mention about our driver Jayan, who was always there on time and helped us see many places.

It was a perfect honeymoon for us...,
It was a wonderful experience getting the well suited customized package by Musafir Tours. The facilites in hotel were nice and resturant preprations were much better than other hotels there. The cabs were good and new and the cab drivers were realible. On the whole we had a nice experience over there. The climate in munnar is cool n AC is not at all required while stay in April but if you plan to go somewhere near beaches or downside from munnar like Allepy or Kovalam make sure u have AC cabs as well AC rooms and house boat. On the whole it was a perfect honeymoon with the well arranged package.

YOU have to be there to feel the excitement...,
I stayed in south for over 6 years and did lot of sight seeing when i was working in Chennai and bangalore. Munnar always attracted me but I due to work constraint and other obligation, I never got the chance to visit Munnar. Finally I got my chance when I shifted to Delhi and got married in februaury'2009. I and my wife travelled to Cochin and from there we were picked by Mr. Joseph ( Mr. Benny's has appointed him for the tour), We had a nice drive and we reached the place on time...We stayed in Munnar for 4 days and it proved to be great for both of us. Mr Benny had made our booking in Tea County resort..it is a KTDC property...I must say our cottage was so beautiful that it used to be very good compared to other places...it is a KTDC resort...some ppl said it is 3* or 4*...but we both liked it...it was an excellent choice made my Mr Benny...thanks!!!....Mr Jospeh (Tour driver ) took us to almost all places...whenever we called him..even early mornings...I dont know if he understood us or not ( as we were talking in Hindi)...but he made sure that he doesn't bother us anywhere...also thanks to him for clicking some of the good photographs of our tours...wait wait...the best part of Munnar trip is the Tree house...ya we stayed in Nature Zone tree house...located in the middle of forest...and I must say it was the fantastic exp we both had..u have to be there to feel the excitement...we were both apprehensive intially but thanks to Mr. Benny as he was available on phone and made sure we had a safe and memorable trip...the staff at the tree house was very cooperative...since we were the only couple...they made sure our time is spend properly...Mr Jyotish (courtesy Mr Benny again..)...the guide at the tree house is a fantastic person...he took us at lots of places inside the forest...and thanks to him for clicking the beautiful pics for us....
In the end we travelled to Kumarkom....not a wise thing to do in March as it was hot..but the cab and the other arrangements made by Mr. Benny were very good...I forgot to Mention....thanks to Mr Benny for our Room Decoration...it was beautiful...my wife liked it very much...
In the end I would say ..going with Musafir Tours (Mr Benny) was a wise decision...my sincere thanks to him and I would rate him better than makemytrip or any other holiday service provider..I would request him to start similar tours for North as well..in the end...all the very best to Musafir tours...and Mr Benny for his business and personal Life...

Wonderful Trip,
We had a wonderful holiday in Kerala thanks to Mr. Benny who had made
very good arrangements for us at all destinations. Our driver Shinto
was very helpful and hospitable and did a great job in showing us
around. The houseboat was a unique experience and all our requests in
customizing the trip were catered to by Mr. Benny. The homestay at
Alleppey was excellent and I recommend that tourists opt for this
rather than the usual hotel.... All in all a great rejuvenating
holiday!!

Thanks Benny and Musafir Tours for excellent tour arrangement,
Our plan to visit Munnar in Kerala was ‘hatched’ in jiffy (as we wanted to check if the claim of it being a beautiful holiday place was accurate) while attending a family marriage ceremony in Mangalore. Searching the net for assistance, I spotted Musafir Tours (http://www.musafirtours.com) web page that attracted me for commitment to excellent service. I phoned Benny in the afternoon to see if he could, at such a short notice, arrange for a decent accommodation and other logistics including transport to and from Cochin for the next day. Contrary to my expectations, I was pleasantly surprised with Benny’s return call within an hour with a proposed itinerary that suited our cramped India trip.
Marie and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Munnar, from start to finish. Our accommodation and other logistics were excellent including Mr Joseph, our excellent car driver-cum-tour guide. Despite our language barriers, we immensely enjoyed Joseph’s safe driving practices and a high level of ‘will to assist’ attitude during this trip. In addition, it was very kind of Benny to constantly check our comfort and give directions to Joseph so that as many as practically possible, ‘things to see and enjoy’ could be included in our tightly packed and last minute constructed itinerary.
Having met Benny personally during the trip, we believe he is a ‘fair dinkum’ (an Australian slang for true and genuine) person, having a professional outlook and sincere desire to assist his clients. Person like Benny do leave satisfying and lasting memory of vacation. Thanks, Benny.

Night in the paradise,
We were hopelessly lost,trying to find a 'home stay' in and around Munnar on a looong week end. We had planned this trip for long time. And after lot of cajoling seven of us were ready to hit the gods own country. We had everything in place - a big group,cars... but at the last moment we realized that all good accommodation was taken.
We almost dropped the Munnar plan and decided to head towards the east coast when I got to know "MUSAFIR TOURS" and BENNY.. thats it... Benny took over and planned everything for us.. stay/food/sight seeing.
My favorite - Night trekking in Thekkady.. not only Benny arranged it for us from Munnar, he travelled all the way to Thekkady and joined us for the trek.I have been to Kerala many times.. but, that night remains as one of my best in God's Own Country...

On of our best vacations!!!,
Thanks to Benny for wonderful arrangements he had made for our 10 day
trip to Kerala. The places and resorts suggested by Musafir Tours were
all unique experiences, with the stay at Tree House in Munnar simply
put was out of the world experience.
When starting for Kerala,
we were really not sure what we were getting into, after hearing how
Tour operators operate in India. Once you pay money, you can expect
least amount of service BUT Benny at Musafir proved completely
opposite. He regularly kept in touch with us checking on the comfort
levels and took care of any further needs we had including a last
minute adjustment to the itinerary.
Cost was a bit of factor but
that was the choice we made as we wanted to return with good memories
and that's exactly how it turned out to be.
I would recommend
Musafir Tours to anyone who wish to arrange a tour in Kerala. Benny has
extremely good network into resorts and will only find you great places
to enjoy your stay. We for sure will return for another trip down to
Gods own Country!!!
