Payment Options & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed against payment of advance. You can forward an advance to us by any of the following options.

Note: Before making payments please contact us from reservations page or Make my Package page or telephone to +91-944-720-0731 to ensure availability of the package. You will be issued a reference number which shall be quoted in every communication with us. If payments are sent without doing so, musafir has no other responsibility than refunding the amount after deducting postage\DD charges.

 1. Fund Transfer \ Direct Deposit

You can make a find transfer or a Direct Deposit to Musafir Tours to any of the following accounts. Banks other than those mentioned below can also make a Transfer in the form of RTGS. Please contact your banker to find out if they support RTGS.

 2. Demand Draft

Send a Demand Draft favoring "Musafir Tours" payable at Munnar and send to "M\s. Musafir Tours, AGP XI – 1001, Thekkeunnel, 200 Acre, Adimaly, 685 561" through 'Professional or DTDC' couriers. Please draw a DD on 'Federal bank, SBI, SBT, or UBI' . Add Rs.100/- for outstation DDs.

 Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 30 days notice prior to the first day of the package is required for a 100% refund of the advance deposit made. 25% of the package price will be charged as retention in case of cancellation before 10 days. No refund in case of 'No Show'.
