Payment Options

Reservations are confirmed against payment of advance. You can forward an advance to us by any of the following options.

Note: Before making payments please contact us from reservations page or Make my Package page or telephone to +91-944-720-0731 to ensure availability of the package. You will be issued a reference number which shall be quoted in every communication with us. If payments are sent without doing so, musafir has no other responsibility than refunding the amount after deducting postage\DD charges.

You can make a find transfer or a Direct Deposit to Musafir Tours to any of the following accounts. Banks other than those mentioned below can also make a Transfer in the form of RTGS. Please contact your banker to find out if they support RTGS.

Send a Demand Draft favoring "Musafir Tours" payable at Munnar and send to "Musafir Tours, AGP XI 789/C1, Edassery Building, Vivekananda Nagar, Opposite Police Station, Adimaly, Pin: 685561, Phone: 04864 224775, Mob: 09447200731" through 'Professional or DTDC' couriers. Please draw a DD on 'Federal bank, SBI, SBT, or UBI' . Add Rs.100/- for outstation DDs.

*Contact info@musafirtours.com or 91.9447200731 if you have not yet received the confirmation number. Please keep this number as a reference number with all your communications with Musafir Tours.

A minimum of 30 days notice prior to the first day of the package is required for a 100% refund of the advance deposit made. 25% of the package price will be charged as retention in case of cancellation before 10 days. No refund in case of 'No Show'.

Any cancellation has to be communicated in writing to: info@musafirtours.com In addition please also call the Musfir help desk +91-944-720-0731 so that proper arrangement for cancellation at each place can be done in time.
